About the role:
This is a part-time, freelance position, that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the US.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
The purpose of this role is to manage the quality and output of a large content workstream generated by multiple writers and editors who are creating content for Crimson Education’s website.
Duties include:
- Support the internal team on selecting the top keyword phrases where we want to win.
- Develop a content calendar of new articles to hit desired keyword phrases, FAO and strategist content, plus newsy article assignments.
- Help to develop a network of lower-level editors who can work with us on a freelance basis, hourly.
- Help to experiment with AI-tools for content development and research assistance.
- Help to develop high caliber content with internal strategists for higher visibility content that will be bylined by an FAO (former admissions officer) or experienced consultant for credibility.
- Track success of our work against the targeted keywords, matching content output to google referral visits to conversion metrics.
- Assist in landing page optimization where needed to be sure we are improving conversion metrics for all users who land on the page.
