About the role:

This is a part-time, freelance position, that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the US. 

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

The purpose of this role is to write and edit content for Crimson Education’s website. 

Duties include:

• Take assignments from Global Content Lead and Sr Editor for daily writing and editing.
• Write, edit, fact check, proof, copyedit.
• Work with AI-assist tools to experiment with high quality, short-turnaround content edits/rewrites and fact checking. Develop best prompts for accurate AI article drafts. Help us to understand what is possible.
• Optimize webpage and blog post titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content for target keywords. 
• Ensure all website images have alt tags and file names that are descriptive and contain target keywords. 
• Updating old articles to ensure they have the latest information and remain ever green. 
• Track progress of work against cost per article and keyword ranking.

What skills and experience are required?

•  You'll have a college degree,
•  You'll be detail oriented, a stickler, curious, efficient, and ambitious!
