Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond.
This is a part-time position, with the potential of developing into full-time and eligible for remote (worldwide) work.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Full ownership over sales initiatives for the Cohort Based work experience unit - Crimson Careers. This means building a sales unit in the division that covers the full internal and external sales process such as the following:

Internal Consults
Being in charge of all internal consult requests from existing students which would include answering any questions about the program
Liase with internal AAs, SSMs, Strategists to maximise internal consult bookings

Internal Upsell Sales
Being in charge of all new upsells for Crimson students. This would include utilising internal channels such as: Crimson core slack, CGA channels, Crimson Community, SummerApply, Crimson Code, CRI and more
Liase with internal AAs, SSMs, Strategists to maximise internal consult bookings

External Sales
Work with the marketing lead to launch effective marketing campaigns to maximise following sales bookings
Work with internal Crimson markets and Careers marketing lead with any client-facing initiatives such as leading webinars, fairs and conventions.

Sales funnel innovation
Work with the Directors and marketing lead to optimise conversion rates on (1) the website, (2) webinars, (3) email campaigns and any other marketing initiatives
You just might be the person we are looking for if you have:
- Excellent previous sales track record
- Strong storytelling skill and experience public speaking
- Experience with higher education or a deep understanding of career pathways and the college application process
- Interest in working with families and students to connect them to the best program
- An interest in changing the world through education!
- Comfort with video chat and speaking over the phone
Experience that would be useful in this role:
- Salesforce
- Marketo
- Fluency in English is mandatory and a good aptitude at another language (such as French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) would be nice to have
- A general understanding of the US/UK undergrad application process as well as different career opportunities
