Customer Success Manager (Portuguese/Spanish/English)

The Student Success Manager is responsible for the student experience at Crimson. They are the main point of contact for the student and family, supporting the student in the timely execution of an agreed roadmap to achieve desired student outcomes and goals. You will work closely with varying internal stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of services and high client satisfaction.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Guide the student’s journey with Crimson to achieve their goals
- You will be the link between Student/Parent and the wider Crimson Team
- Be the main point of contact for Student/Parent
- Action the student’s plan (this will be provided by Crimson’s world class strategists, tutors and consultants)
- Advise the Crimson Team on possible value add strategies to help the student achieve their goals
- Provide the global team insight into local cultural nuances and needs
- Keep up to date on student’s progress, and report back to the team regularly
- Manage any complaints or issues, including Child Safety issues, by resolving or escalating as appropriate
What we are looking for?
- Customer-centric attitude and experience in a customer service environment
- High level of resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in customer relationship management with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and their families with high cultural awareness and adaptability
- Collaborative and team-focussed with an openness to give and receive feedback
- Fluent English and Portuguese and/or Spanish
Advantageous:
- Prior relevant knowledge and experience in education/ mentoring/ coaching/ youth development
- Knowledge of college admissions and international education systems
