Sales and Marketing Associate - Mandarin and English Speaking

What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Working closely with the Australia and New Zealand Marketing and Sales team and the Director for Global Growth Markets, this role will be focused on achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes of Crimson Education’s products in Australia.
This is a full-time, remote-hybrid position, based in Australia. The role requires fluent Chinese Mandarin and English language skills.
What success looks like for this role?
The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience across a variety of Crimson programs, by:
- Managing, contacting, and qualifying inbound warm/hot leads to Crimson
- Providing resources to leads to inform them of opportunities with Crimson
- Working as part of a high performing team to provide the best experience to potential Crimson students
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Supporting the growth of Crimson Education and Crimson Global Academy in Australia and New Zealand
- Assist in planning and execution marketing events and campaigns to generate high-quality leads to continually feed in a healthy sales pipeline.
- Creation and implementation of marketing collateral to create positive customer experiences and increase enrolment
- Calling and engaging with new leads to qualify them for the admissions team, ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within Salesforce, Crimson’s CRM system.
- Updating the records of these leads and tracking their movements to the next stage of the sales pipeline.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships for Crimson Global Academy
- Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge
- Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders including Marketing and Admissions Officers
You just might be the person we are looking for if you have:
- Native or near-native in Chinese Mandarin, fluent/proficient in English
- 1-2 two years’ experience working towards targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation skill
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Willingness to be coached and eager to learn more
