Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond.

This is a full-time position, based in Singapore.

The purpose of this role is to increase our revenue across a variety of Crimson programs, through the following responsibilities:

• Actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities across Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia
• Identifying and prioritizing a list of target potential partners to increase revenue in the short-term and long-term
• Increasing the network of partners for Crimson Education Singapore across a variety of industries
• Work with global partnership team to localise business development activities
• Developing and executing marketing strategies and plans
• Collaborating with sales leaders to analyze expansion opportunities and identify the best possible routes to pursue growth
• Rigorously studying competitors and potential M&A acquisition targets; tracking key business analysis
• Creating strong, productive relationships and partnerships with team members, colleagues, stakeholders and clients

What skills and experience are required?

• At least 3 years of business development experience and experience in education
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with other team members and stakeholders.
• Meticulousness and high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Comfort working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world.
