This is a full-time position, based in India (New Delhi or Mumbai)

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

• Build relationships with School counselors, Educators, Principals of the top international and private schools in India via targeted outreach, knowledge sharing, events and conferences.
  
• Drive brand awareness of Crimson’s personalised education and mentoring and online high school services and products through outreach initiatives and workshops in schools, educational institutions.
• Researching potential organizations for lead generation/ partnerships as well identifying mutually beneficial marketing as well as partnership opportunities with other education providers and organisations
• Forging partnerships with High Schools, associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and more
• Lead all outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos and Crimson seminars
  
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote local events and initiatives targeted at Institutions 
• Develop communication for Crimson’s brand and value proposition including decks, content for School Counselors, educators and key stakeholders in K-12 education institutions
• Assist in overseeing the student ambassador program, including, facilitating onboarding, monitoring progress, maintaining comms, and supporting student initiatives
  
• Support Marketing in Events and webinars coordinating and logistics
  
• Sourcing potential organizations and markets for lead generation/partnerships
  
• Attending industry events where relevant and provide feedback and information on market trends
  
• Take ownership and coordinate with Marketing lead for content, presentation, ebooks,  collateral, and event descriptions for partnered events

You just might be the person we are looking for if you have:

• Excellent previous partnership/business development experience
• Strong storytelling skill and experience public speaking
• Experience with higher education or at a school or a K-12 education organization
• Interest in working with educators, industry experts, influencers to create mutually beneficial partnerships
• An interest in changing the world through education!
• Comfort with video chat and speaking over the phone

Experience that would be useful in this role:

• Understanding of the US/UK Undergrad application process 
  
• High School Educator or College Counselor in a leading private School in India
