This role will be managing the APAC 1 (Korea & China) region, however can be performed remotely from any location within a relevant timezone.
You will be responsible for:
As Regional Team Lead for the Strategy Team, you will be directly managing Strategists as well as student outcomes within your region. You will support your team to ensure outstanding client experience, successful delivery of Crimson services, and achievement of student goals. To ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Service and cater to local needs you will work closely with your region’s Country Managers.
Day to Day this looks like:
- Monitoring team performance, ensuring KPIs are being met and the highest degree of service is being provided
- Acting as your team’s first point of contact for complaints, questions and issues
- Hiring new members into your team and overseeing the onboarding process, you will also be involved in the ongoing training and development of existing team members
- Assessing student outcomes and performance in your market, working with the Service Delivery and Sales teams to pre-empt any issues and ensure student success
- Maintaining and sharing expert application-specific knowledge and cultural understanding for your designated region
- Collaborating with regional sales & service stakeholders across Crimson to assess and execute on regional needs
- Working closely with the sales team to mutually achieve revenue goals and drive higher NPS and student outcomes.

- Hitting all KPIs for consolidated team results
- Ensuring consistently high service quality
- Strategists in your team are up to date on recent changes and rollouts and any concerns are dealt with prior to official rollout
- Strategists in your team have an active development plan and are consistently progressing towards those goals
- Performance feedback is consistently shared and discussed regularly with your strategists
- Feedback from cross-functional counterparts in relation to collaboration is positive
- Escalations are addressed & managed in a timely manner
- Regional needs are addressed and executed upon
